How do I create a personalized digital portrait art?

You start by choosing a theme, uploading multiple photos of the character the portrait art is about, and selecting an image ratio. Then, our proprietary AI platform uses this information to automatically create a unique personalized digital portrait art for you.

You will receive High-Resolution customized portrait digital download, print-ready for cards, frames, or wall art.

For the best results, we recommend applying the following criteria to help our AI platform produce the most accurate and visually appealing portrait art for you.

  • A clear, front-facing photo. Ensure the eyes, face, and hair are clearly visible (no sunglasses or hats)
  • Good lighting with minimal shadows
  • No heavy filters or extreme facial expressions
  • One person or character per image

Yes, you can define the number of people or characters in one portrait art, only for theme with the option where you can choose the number of characters on the product page. You need to upload separate images of each character.

For themes where "number of characters" is unavailable to choose from, these artworks are by default designed to fit for one single person or character only.

Yes, you can request for ultra-customization of the theme by providing us context and special needs. We will incorporate your inputs into the final design. This makes your gift extra special!

It is guaranteed that all orders are delivered within 24-hour after order is placed.

All MagicPix products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

You have the full right to use the customized portrait artwork you purchased for personal use. You may download it, print it, share it with friends and family and post on your social media as often as you like.

Our proprietary AI platform uses advanced filters and moderation techniques to ensure that all illustrations generated by the AI are child-friendly and appropriate. Ordering, Payment & Discounts

We accept various payment methods such as Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This allows you to always pay securely and easily.

Yes, your privacy and security is our top priority. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. MagicPix does not store your credit card information, ensuring your financial data remains protected.

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. No, for the digital portrait, a refund is unfortunately not possible. Because MagicPix products are customized digital portrait art, the costs for customizing the digital art with AI platform have already been incurred at the point of purchase. We maintain a low price so that you can assess your personalized digital art with a minimal investment.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun, as the AI generation starts immediately after the order is placed.

You receive the digital portrait by email. Please also check your spam inbox. In case you failed to receive the image file or received corrupted files, please contact our customer support as soon as possible via the Contact Us page. Our team is committed to resolve the issue promptly.

Account & Privacy

Your privacy is our top priority. Your photos are exclusively used by our AI to create the artwork. Once your order is delivered and approved, all original source files are automatically and permanently deleted from systems after 30 days and are never shared with third parties.

Your customized portrait remains available in your account for 30 days. After this, it is permanently deleted. So ensure you download and appropriately store your final product within this timeframe.
